Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Op2 Collective (“Op2”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to op2collective.com, the Op2 member portal, and any related Op2 services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Google Calendar Data
When you connect your Google Calendar to Op2, we request the minimum scopes required to perform the work you’ve asked us to do. We access your calendar events and availability, create or update events on your behalf only when you explicitly ask, and store Google event IDs so we can later modify or remove events we created. We never sell your Google Calendar data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train generalized AI models.
2. Information We Collect
- Account info you provide (name, email, phone, company, role)
- Deal, funding, and project content you submit through the portal
- Communications you send to Op2 (email, chat, support tickets)
- Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken) for security and product improvement
- Data from third-party services you connect (e.g., Google Calendar, DocuSign, Stripe)
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Schedule, coordinate, and execute work you’ve asked Op2 to perform
- Communicate with you about your account, deals, or requests
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse
4. Google API Services
Op2’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We display your Google Calendar events inside Op2 so your virtual assistant can see what’s already on your calendar. We do not transfer your Google user data to any third party except as needed to provide the Services you’ve requested. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, email, document signing, payments, AI inference), with your counterparties when you ask us to, and when required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your Choices
You can review or update your account information from the portal, disconnect connected third-party services at any time, and request deletion of your account by emailing us at the address below.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
