Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of op2collective.com, the Op2 member portal, and any related Op2 Collective services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them in unauthorized ways, interfering with other users, or using them to violate applicable law.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the deals, documents, and other content you submit. You grant Op2 a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services and to perform the work you’ve requested.
4. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with third-party providers (including DocuSign, Stripe, SendGrid, and Google). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms; Op2 is not responsible for third-party services.
5. Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar to the Service, Op2 Collective uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 flow to request the calendar.events scope. This scope allows the Service to:
- Read events on your primary Google Calendar for the current week so the Command VA can show your schedule and reason about your availability.
- Create new events on your primary Google Calendar when you explicitly instruct the Command VA to schedule something.
- Update or delete only those events that the Command VA itself created on your behalf. The Service will never modify or delete events you created directly in Google Calendar.
Confirmation before any write. The Command VA will repeat the proposed event back to you and wait for an explicit confirmation before creating, updating, or deleting any calendar event.
Data handling. Op2 Collective stores your Google OAuth refresh token and a short-lived access token solely so the Command VA can read and write to your calendar on your behalf. Event data is fetched on demand and is not used to train any machine learning model. We do not sell, share, or transfer your calendar data to third parties.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” Op2 makes no warranty that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Real estate and financial decisions involve risk; Op2 does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Op2’s liability is limited to the amount you paid Op2 in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
